Once the course is under-way and you cancel or miss a session, apart from special circumstances I ask for a week’s notice which entitles you to a space in any other class during that term. Further information:

I began my yoga career studying with Iyengar teachers in India and London. However my main teacher and inspiration has been the Yoga and Rolfing-Movement Practitioner Giovanni Felicioni. I then went on to qualify as a Scaravelli-based teacher in London in 2008 through the British Wheel of Yoga accredited ‘LYTTC’ course run by Chloe Fremantle, Anne-Marie Zulkahari, Giovanni Felicioni, Neville Cregan, Pete Blackaby and others. I have also been influenced by understandings of (please click on words for links) Rolfing, Somatic Experiencing, Jungian-based Body-Soul work, meditation in various traditions, and the Cranial Sacral Biodynamics and Core Process approaches to therapy of the Karuna Institute.

Rebecca qualified as a Scaravelli teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga accredited course run by Chloe Fremantle and Giovanni Felicioni. Her way of working with yoga starts with the person, based on grounded and hands-on exploration of the body’s natural movement. From here, the gesture of each pose becomes a doorway into happiness and well-being. An awakening of the intelligence of the body that is both healing and creative.
