Private one-to-one and small group sessions :

Available at flexible times on Mondays, Tuesdays (day time), Wednesdays (day time and evening) and Thursdays (from midday)

*One-to-one sessions: one hour and fifteen minutes.

In many ways this is an ideal way to explore the Scaravelli approach to yoga – it was her favoured way of working. See here for more on Scaravelli

Prices are as follows:

– £35 – £45 sliding scale (dependent on income) per session for a one-off booking
– £30 – £40 per session for a run of four* (when taken in a 6-week period)

*Small group sessions (minimum of 4 x 1.5 hour sessions for maximum of 4 people)
  • For 4 people – £15 per person per session
  • For 3 people – £20 per person per session
  • For 2 people – £25 per person per session

Sessions are held at a location where I live in Frome, Somerset, or I can come to your home. Please contact me for details.

*Advance payment for the group of sessions is normally required, but can be negotiated. Unless I am away or unavailable, dates for booking a series of four sessions need to be within the period of two months / eight weeks.

Cancellations:

Please give a week to cancel, or a minimum of 24 hours to notify me you need to change a session. We will then re-schedule for the same week if possible, if not the following week. Any less than 24 hours will mean the missed session will need to be paid for.

Why book a one-to-one?

Many people find as they come to explore a yoga practice that they would like to receive some more focussed one-to-one attention. For others, being a parent or other work schedules can make it difficult to keep to the timings of a regular class.

Personal attention is helpful for:

– Beginning to understand yoga in your own body as a ‘beginner’
– Establishing confidence in creating a personal practice
– Working in a remedial sense with specific issues in the body
– Giving space for responses to arise and be explored in a setting that is intuitive and personally creative as well as fully private and confidential
