A series of seasonal workshops to be attended as a course or individually, exploring more of the Scaravelli approach to yoga. We will investigate postures in ways that will help us open into a more embodied connection with ground, our breath and the hidden resource or wave found in our subtle experience. Workshops will be interactive and fun, suitable for Scaravelli students or those with some experience of yoga or related body practices.

More info about the teachers:

Rebecca: My background is in the arts. I have travelled extensively, living in various communities and ashrams; my yoga training began in the Iyengar tradition in India. Since becoming a teacher I have developed a practice where I live in Somerset as well as workshops and retreats around the country and in Greece. I am influenced by Somatic Experiencing and the Body Soul work of Marion Woodman.

Bridget: I started my professional career in the theatre, as a performer and then as a promoter and producer. I have been practising yoga for twenty years and combine my yoga teaching with her work as a media consultant for the Barbican Centre.
